Auckland St Davids Church Parade

Due to the continued uncertainty as to when Auckland is to be released from level 3.  It is with much reluctance the hard decision has been made to CANCEL the Sappers Church Parade scheduled for the 7 Nov 21.

This Annual Church Parade has a history of being held annually and continually, I believe, since 1927. It has been a very hard decision to cancel this years parade and so break this piece of history, because of COVID. 

Personally, my involvement with the Church Parade commenced when I was first posted to Papakura in 1957 so 60 plus years of involvement adds to the regret of having to make this decision.
