Fund Raising

1.  If fund raising is done, it would need to be banked and perhaps audited. Kiwi sappers living in Australia will have difficulty with this. Perhaps overtures could be made to the local Australian counterpart [Queensland or Victoria Sappers Association etc] to bank with them. It could be a seperate suffix account called 'New Zealand Sappers' or such like. It is probable that the three signatories would need to join the that Australian association and be subject to their constitution before being accepted to run an account. It is normal to have two out of three signatures to operate a business account. We could recipricate by having an 'Australian Sappers' account in New Zealand.
