General

1.   The Sappers Association [NZ] Inc is required to maintain a Financial Life Members Roll as part of the Incorporated Societies Act.

Incompletness

2.   Old data files have been used to make up the Roll. But we have little idea of how many are deceased.

3.  We have been looking for someone to be the Roll of Honour Clerk for many years now. This person would be required to seek out information of which members are now dead. Those who've worked for the Inland Revenue Department seem to have had training on this [they need to know if the person evading tax is still alive before initiating court proceedings].

4.  Once a member logs into this website, they can find:

(a)  A consolidated list of Financial Life Members on about two A4 pages [depending on print scale selected].

(b)  A list titled 'Rejected Email Addresses' of those members who've changed their email address but have not updated their Profile with the new one.

(c)  Lists showing Name, Initials, Regimental Number, Date of Birth, Date Joined the Association on web pages A to Z.
